Since you’ve got me already ‘hooked’ on bettering, with your help, the writing for our business websites, blogs and other marketing material - even quotes, order confirmations and feedback forms - to improve our relationship with prospects and existing clients, I can’t pass on this “Influence” book you suggest. Read most of the reviews on amazon, sounds as interesting and worthwhile as you say.
