Are there no limits to teaching ’skills’?
As someone who reads my blog regularly you will know that one of my pet themes when it comes to recruitment, is that attitude is probably one of THE most important attributes you should look for in your future employee. You can teach skills, but attitude is something intangible, and often rare, that comes with, and is already within, that special person.
